It is a very lightweight product that can be used by both right and left handed golfers. It is very easy to attach to your clubs.

Used regularly it will help you with your swing tempo. It's a great guide to make sure your wrists are hinged correctly and that the club face is square on impact. Without a mirror or video you never know if you have completed your back swing correctly, but with this you know it is complete.

It will help you with the timing and tempo of your swing, your weight transfer, strength and muscle memory. The moulded grip ensures you are gripping the club correctly. And the weighted head make sure your hands are properly rotating through the hitting zone.

This product has been around for a very long time and is extremely popular. A wise investment for anyone wanting to have a more consistent swing.
